Potential, but just not there. Same style as the last 5 games: Two types of missions -shooting "bad guys" & driving a car to get away. They definitely need to change it up and make it open world with real time online servers where other people are on it. Also the whole jar system to get weapons, guns and thugs (boys who complete missions for you) : mystery box style is pretty retarded. You can't expect someone to do the same style missions 15 times over for a chance at getting a new weapon, or vehicle, and expect them to stay at the game for long, needs ALOT of improvement, the game overall feels incomplete and if it is, it's a repeat to the last 5 games.

Love this game! Amazing!

I just recently started playing this game and my only regret is that I hadn't started sooner. This game is absolutely amazing, the gameplay and the missions are great, easy and well balanced. Best of all, it's not pay to win, it just takes time and learning the game to get better. I highly recommend this app, haven't seen such a good one in a while!

Best Mobile Game I've Played. Well I haven't had any problems with the game so far the graphics are incredible for a mobile game I wasn't expecting to wanna play this game for more then 5 minutes but I played for a long time there's so much to do and the amount of vehicles and weapons you can use is insane from what I've seen il definitely play this a lot and best part it's free what do you have to lose

This game desperately Needs an Update! This game is great but lacks in so many ways. I love the graphics and the "voodoo" feel of the game but there is a horrible lag when driving and it gets worse as you near top speed. Add an in-game store please! I prefer to buy weapons and cars with the money I've earned from missions vs. playing chance and getting something decent every 1 out of 1000 jars. New types of missions wouldn't hurt either. After the second turf, the game becomes easily predictable. Update with a wider selection for the wardrobe also. Would it hurt to make the main character talk sometimes? Add a radio station to switch between songs?

Pay-to-play? I think not. Starting off the game will make you want to spend your real money; in all actuality, the game will give you everything you need as long as you're patient. Most people will get to rank 15 or 20 and ask only after the thousandth time of completing a mission, 'well, why can't I beat this?' It's probably because it's made to limit you until you unlock better gear in the future.

The luck aspect of this interactive player-vs-npc gameplay is absolutely ridiculous considering I have inserted so much cash into the game. But one thing I must tell you: once balances are made, this game will be an incredible app. Rate five stars for the following:
-Graphics (though tends to glitch, as in other's cases)
-Mechanics (movement of character, cars, and UI is stunning)
-Audio (people on the street have automated voices triggered when you pass by; in example, when you almost run into someone, they have a chance of screaming or yelling back at you. Other cases might have the bot talking on the phone, or saying something like "Wow, urban decay!" (My favorite), and incredible soundtrack (although a bit repetitive, it's alright.))
-Storyline (Although it gets very hard very quickly to play the story line, the first few hours of the game are lit. Storyline dies off as you rank up.. but it's expected in a game with lots to do.)
-Limitations (Yes! I actually game them a star for limiting your gameplay time with energy points. It's the most productive thing a game will ever decide to do, and it will keep you from becoming sick of their game quickly. Maybe we should take advantage of this!)

A final word from me. The chat is unnecessary, as people are extremely sick-minded and others are just plain dumb. /spawn_tank is NOT GONNA SPAWN A TANK, no matter how hard you try. The you-tubers are taking advantage of the power-up hungry players. Highly recommend the game, though, aside from getting bad stuff from jars. Thanks!

Been waiting for this. Well worth the wait, everything is so smooth and I really enjoy the artistic style they went with this time, although he can sprint forever... that's weird, also no melee? Can't beat anyone down with my bare mits? That's weird but ok

Best mobile game that I have played so far keep up the good work gameloft and also one thing i hate about the game is that when u hit a person with a car they get stuck inside the hood and messes u up I was doing one of those events that required racing and that's when I hit a person and my car started to act up and I couldn't control it at all.

Gangster new Orleans is one have the best games I have every played but there is only one thing about my game I dont the blustr on I dont have evens either but still love the game all tho it looks completely different from the video an the game before I got it but you know whatever
