A power of attorney is issued by one person to another to interact with organizations and citizens. A power of attorney must always be in writing and duly attested. For example, when I needed an nc workers comp attorney, I trusted him to represent me in all proceedings. And the trust agreement is a bilateral agreement in which one party instructs the other party to perform certain actions on its behalf and in its interests. According to such a contract, each party has mutual rights and obligations.
