It's almost impossible to gain more height after you're 20. You can have proper nutrition and do the right exercise, but that won't help you much after you stop growing. Sadly, the only way you will grow is not up but to the sides.
I've always kept my height data because it was interesting to see how much I grew during a year. I haven't grown after 19, but at least I can compare all my data and see it on the heightcomparison website. The biggest difference for me was between 15 and 16.
