  • Losing excess weight help TMS?

Just curious if anyone lost weight and saw an improvement in TMS symptoms?

Haha, it's a really interesting discussion. I think this is a situation where learning the language would benefit both you and your workers

I'm late with my answer, but I think many readers will also benefit from a different opinion, it's not too late to tweak it. I definitely feel off-kilter and embarrassed about my weight gain. When all of this hit me three years ago, I lost weight because I was constantly anxious and developed gastritis. Once that was under control, I returned to a very active lifestyle and revved myself up again, perhaps putting too many expectations on myself (body image issues from my teenage years and beyond) and developed severe glute spasms and pain (just tons of tension I assume), which led to being unable to sit for long periods of time and low back pain that became so severe that I stopped working out entirely. When you realize you can't cope, https://reverse.health/ can help with that. I think I've convinced myself over the last two years that I can't work out because it hurts.
