Soooo... who among you guys here watched the ever popular Kimi no Na wa / Your Name?
I've been a fan of Makoto Shinkai myself ever since I watched his Hoshi no Koe (Voices of a Distant Star). My love for his works grew more as titles such as Kumo no Mukou, Yakusoku no Basho (The Place Promised in Our Early Days), Byousoku 5 Centimeter (5 Centimeter Per Second), Koto no Ha no Niwa (Garden of Words), etc. came out.

Your Name / Kimi no Na wa. A movie directed by Makoto Shinkai, who is known for his magnificent scenery animation and works, that tells a story of a high school student, Taki, who already got tired of his life in the busy streets of Tokyo, waking up one day in a suburbs within an unknown girl's body. Knowing no choices, he learns to adapt to the girl's life - the hard way. Mitsuha, another high school student, woke up to see her always-adored city of Tokyo in front of her eyes but inside a boy's body. Their lives changed ever since then and both are searching for something... someone that they don't have have the gist of.
The movie was released last August 26, 2016 in Japanese theaters and sold tickets than ever expected. The soundtrack was done by a Japanese band, RADWIMPS who happens to have collaborated with Shinkai before. Their OST album, Your Name also sold copies that helped them top the charts in long consecutive months.
