Probably showing my age here. Mine was the album Frogstomp by Aussie alt rockers Silverchair. 1994 I believe. This was their awesome, early grunge stuff. They never topped that record imo.

Bought Nevermind, too. It was in a cassette tape back then. But that was not my first purchase. Forgot what it was. It was a long-playing/vinyl for sure.Last edited by Funky.Troy; 01-09-2017, 05:54 AM.

David Gates, Adam Lambert and Toto are just some of my faves. David Gates and The Bread had a concert here in my place before and I happen to land my first job. Come payday, the first album i bought was Toto's Past to Present CD album, then I hurried to buy the David Gates concert ticket. By the ticket booth, promo sellers are selling the album, The David Gates Songbook I bought it and during the concert, I was able to have it signed by David himself during autograph signing after the show. The album is now part of my 'little treasure'
