The tips that I found here are simply excellent and very useful.
It's a pity that I have just started to devote time to my skin because an extended lack of care has led to severe problems. Of course, I'm not just talking about wrinkles but also about different types of inflammation.
You can't even imagine how tired I am of my facial skin, and I decided to restore my youthful appearance. For this, I tried Face Yoga, and it's impressive. The effect is better than any scrubs and creams.
I enjoy using these methods because they are practical and 100% natural, and pain-free way.

I hope face yoga is not something like the guru sitting on your face in the lotus position. But the idea itself sounds "trendy" - 0 sense and a lot of hype terms. As for the skincare routine, I use nourishing lotions, which is more than enough for having a beautiful face. Also, I have skin analysis machine procedures to check the "inner" skin state from time to time. Our consumption-dependent society eats junk food causing skin problems. Then they buy "wonder pills and cream" to eliminate those problems. It sounds funny and depressive at the same time.Last edited by JasonGraham; 12-13-2021, 05:49 PM.

I follow a ten-step care regimen. Daily cleansing with hydrophilic oil and cleansing foam or gel and moisturizing cream are mandatory—everything else I use according to my mood. I use Cosrx AHA BHA acid tonic three times a week, and the rest of the time, I use a regular moisturizing tonic. After a couple of years of this kind of care, I have achieved perfect skin. However, for a long time, I suffered from irritation after waxing. I didn't like my facial hair. I decided to do laser hair removal from beaulaser.co.uk. Now I have gotten rid of this problem. My skin is soft and smooth as a child's.Last edited by Astanavtik; 03-31-2022, 06:16 PM.

Follicular unit strip surgery, also called "strip harvesting," is a common hair transplantation method. This type of hair transplantation removes a strip of flesh from the donor area-which, in FUSS, is always the mid-back of the scalp-to be cut up into smaller grafts and implanted into the recipient area. This hair transplantation surgery is not ideal to achieve a natural-looking hairline, as the donor 脫髮原因 hair extracted is thick in nature and will create a harsh wall of hair. FUSS is also infamous for leaving a strip scar across the back of the head, which can stretch and worsen over time.
