  • Recommended Time to Sleep

    For Infants < 13 hours sleep is needed... But nowadays the infants are very active not even sleep continuously for two hours.... Do you agree this?

    For age of 3-5 -- 10-13 hours sleep is needed....

    For age of 6 - 13 -- 10-11 hours sleep is enough...

    For age of 14-17 -- 8-10 hours is sufficient....

    For Adults -- 7-9 hours ...


    Check in which age group you are...

    Are you getting quality sleeping......
    Are you sleeping correctly or overslept...

    If you get enough sleep sure you day will be happy and energetic...

    Age of mine is 22 for me it's really hard to get 8 or 9 hours of sleep specially on friday and saturday because of my subjects in school that is 8 am in the morning and 4:30 pm afternoon towards am kinda suffering at this moment right now but still fighting to survive college by the way I still eat a lot in order to function at school even in harder times or in exams.
