    Sleep in proper time..

    Drink 3-5 liters of water daily..

    Early to rise is the most important thing...

    Eat when your are hungry... Don't keep time for your breakfast/lunch/dinner timings....

    Eat sufficient food in the Morning...

    Medium in Lunch...

    Less in the Evening...

    If not hungry skip your dinner....have some Fruits or drink one cup of warm milk and sleep...

    I like that eat when you are hungry and that is what I am doing. It is important to listen to our body and not made ourselves hungry to wait for a meal time.
